BI clears damp and heat in the urinary bladder and urinary tract. It helps reduce inflammation and infection in the urinary bladder and urinary tract. It also helps repair bladder lining damage. If there is kidney inflammation or infections, KS and LC Balancer are also required.

1. Acute and Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)
Urinary tract infections are caused by bacteria that enter the urethra and then the bladder. The infection most commonly develops in the bladder but can spread to the kidneys. Symptoms include cloudy or bloody urine, strong smelling odor, pain or burning with urination, pressure or cramping in the lower abdomen or back, and high urinary frequency and urgency. Many patients often have recurrent infections, and the symptoms come back after finishing antibiotic treatment. BI helps repair the bladder lining damage, clear bladder inflammation and infections. Patients should experience symptom improvement in 1-3 days. 3-4 weeks of treatment is recommended for significant improvement and sustained results.

2. Interstitial Cystitis (IC)
Interstitial Cystitis is chronic inflammation of the bladder wall with symptoms similar to a UTI. Symptoms include painful intercourse and pain in the bladder and surrounding pelvic area which can worsen during menstruation. There is scarring and stiffening of the bladder’s wall caused by chronic inflammation. BI together with LC Balancer helps repair the damaged lining and reduce inflammation. Patients can experience symptom improvement in 2 weeks. 6-8 weeks of treatment is required for significant improvement and sustained results.
